About Daryl Parks

Fighting for justice, Daryl Parks continuously displays the intelligence, tenacity and reverence for the law that personifies the goals and mission of the National Bar Association. Attorney Parks has aggressively sought justice throughout the United States, taking special care not to allow those in the small towns he grew up in to be overlooked. He has fought for his clients at every the legal level obtaining just results including several million dollar verdicts. As managing partner of Parks & Crump he knows how to diversify, manage, and expand a business, all skills which the NBA can benefit from.

Attorney Parks practices law in Tallahassee, Florida and continues to fight for the little man. He has fought against the trampling of civil rights, most recently the Port St. Joe housing debacle, and the tragedy that befell Martin Lee Anderson. Parks’ passion is the law, and protecting those incapable of protecting themselves. Through the NBA Parks has come to gain an even better understanding of justice for all.

Daryl Parks’ role as a Vice-Chairman for the Board of Trustees at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) has allowed him to champion the need for higher education. He has mentored countless youth and provided numerous opportunities for their advancement through scholarship and internships. Parks is a man who believes in building bridges and it is his leadership that can foster relationships between the NBA ‘s past and its bright future. Parks will work tirelessly to take the National Bar Association to new heights, expand membership, and continue thrusting the organization to new levels of prominence within the legal community.
